'MY BODY-MY TEMPLE' Coaching Program 1:1

12-weeks guided experience, 100% personalized for you. This program will help you reconnect with your body and begin to feel more comfortable inhabiting it.

"My body My temple" has a holistic vision, and works recognizing the body as a messenger of the signs of our physical, mental and emotional health.

'My Body - My Temple' is for you if ....


-It is difficult for you to control your emotions (especially stress and anxiety)

-You feel that the day is not long enough to do everything you want to do

-You don't use your body with confidence

-You feel your body swollen, heavy and/or rigid

-You want to eat better, but this causes you stress

-You have negative self talk

-Struggle to trust your decisions

-Feeling disconnected with yourself and your world around you

-Feeling stuck

How will we do it? 

We will meet online 60 minutes per week for 3 months. 

I will help you to gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to become active participants in your own health and wellbeing.


Each session will be your safe place of expression and expansion.


I accompany you to calm your mind, observe your thoughts, understand your behaviours to  make the necessary adjustments to transform your habits so that your days shine as much as you want!


You will have a home work at the end of each session to keep you on track to your specific goal!


This program includes:

  • Coaching 1:1
  • 12 sessions 
  • Support between sessions



You can add:

Personalised yoga-movement plan  (online or/and in person) focused on your needs.


Practice conscious, kind and honest through our movements.


Intuitive Eating and Self-Awareness

Intuitive eating is not a diet, it is a type of non-restrictive eating that seeks to reconnect with our natural feeling of hunger.

Reconnect! Yes…. As we grow we are immersing ourselves in a world where there are many theories of what to eat, how to eat, how much, and how often. A world where the stigma around the shape of ones body is how beauty is defined, a world full of distractions with bodies unable to listen to their  hunger signals. Eating is often an automatic action.

When talking with our body, it is not often friendly, we want abdominals, we want to lose those extra kilos, we want clothes to fit us like the model in the magazine... but be careful, I'm not talking about not taking care of it, quite the opposite... Diets, misused information, social beliefs, the weight of appearances, it is all nothing more than a path of stress, anxiety and chronic inflammation to our body.

We live for years without questioning ourselves; what does my body need? What makes my body happy?

We are instilled with beliefs that disconnect us from the sensations of real hunger (among other feelings and emotions). That is what intuitive eating is looking for: going back to the origins. Connect with ourselves, with our body's ability to listen... get to know ourselves. And give us what our body deserves.



If you work with me, you will realise that little by little, we are going to start to walk the fields outside of what you put on your plate.

 Health is a whole, but mainly it is walking the life we ​​love every day, it is not a final result!
